We'll send you an invoice for £106.80 per person (£89 + VAT, inclusive of reception, food, selected wine and the Mikado Experience).  We would ask that on receipt, payments be made electronically or cheques (made payable to the Executives Association of Great Britain) be sent to EAGB Accounts, 25 Station Road, Rickmansworth WD3 1QP.
